We mourn the loss of Terry Ratcliffe. A former president of the John R Mott Foundation and the first president and founder of the European Alliance of YMCAs, Terry was a brilliant leader. Carlos Sanvee, Secretary General of the World YMCA, recalled it took time to earn Terry's trust - but it was worth it, and they shared a mutual respect.
